Decorating the tree

Em was over the moon when she saw our christmas tree for the first time. She had so much fun decorating it....and she still takes away Lametta and Ornaments just to put it back again.

1st advent calendar

This year advent calendar is simple (IKEA bag for CHF 0.95 - no joke) but made the little girl very happy. Emma had so much fun taking out the first of 24 presents and was over the moon to find a "bobom". That's how she says candy (Bonbon).
I guess the little moose (IKEA too) only played a second fiddle :D

Sunday DIY

all you need is some thick adhesive tape, something to stick it on (I took some of Emmas building blocks) and textile colour.

Zirkuss is in town

Em and I went to the Zirkuss today (not what you think and not misspelled either).
Zirkuss is an online shop that pitches up a tent four times a year on different locations in Zurich. For those of you who can't make it to Idaplatz until tomorrow you can shop all the beautiful stuff from April Showers, Bobo Choses, Mini Rodini, Soft Gallery just to name a few, online.

I know it's pretty early but I've got Em's winter overall already. It's from Reima and I love its bright turqoise colour. Some nice DIY accessories are planned as well.

Sew many projects

I ordered some fabric today. On the list are a peasant blouse, a couple of rompers, trousers and maybe another bonnet.

Can't wait for the fabric to arrive!

I bought this t-shirt years ago because I liked the pattern, but hardly ever wore it. So I just turned it into a scarf for little Em. Still have a lot of the fabric left but can't think of another project...hm...some ideas anyone?
